Modern US Flag Stamps

The 1968-71 definitive issue of the Flag Over the White House stamps will be my starting point at looking at the modern US Flag Stamps. This issue includes five versions of the attractive 6¢ and 8¢ US flag flying over the White House. The issue was numbered as Scott #1338 (perf 11 sheet), 1338 A (coil), 1338 D (perf 11 x 10.5 and printed by Huck Press), the 8¢ 1338 F, and 1838 G (8¢ coil).
